Refund Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Purchases aren't refundable by default, but if something's wrong, email drawlabapp@gmail.com. A real person reads every request, and if the App didn't work for you or you were charged by mistake, we'll make it right.
Monthly and yearly plans
- Cancel anytime from Account → Manage subscription. You keep unlimited access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- We don't refund the rest of a period you've started, but cancelling always stops every future charge.
Lifetime
- Lifetime is a single payment for unlimited access for as long as DrawLab is offered, with no renewals.
- It isn't refundable by default. If you bought it by mistake, or the App doesn't work on your device, email us and we'll look at it. A refund ends lifetime access on that account.
- If DrawLab ever shuts down, we will give at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your drawings.
When we do refund
We'll usually refund when:
- you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling;
- a paid feature doesn't work on your device and we can't fix it;
- you bought the wrong plan and tell us soon after.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe, our payment processor, and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Free tier
Nothing to refund: the free tier costs nothing and never asks for a card. Whatever you drew stays yours whether or not you pay.
EU and UK customers
If you live in the EU or UK, you have 14 days from purchase to change your mind, for any reason, on any plan. Email drawlabapp@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. A refunded plan ends that plan's access.
Purchases through the App Store
If you buy through Apple's App Store, Apple handles that payment and its refunds. Request those at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy reduces rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
