Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
The Short Version
DrawLab is a drawing-practice app. Use it for your own practice, respect other artists' work, and pay for a plan if you want the paid features. You own what you draw. See also our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
The App
These terms cover DrawLab ("the App"), on the web at drawlab.app and in its native apps. By using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Accounts
You can use parts of the App without an account. Signing in (currently with Google) lets you keep a quota across devices and buy a plan. You're responsible for activity on your account; tell us at drawlabapp@gmail.com if you think it's been misused.
Free and paid plans
- The free tier is free and never requires a card. Its limits may change over time.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Account → Manage subscription; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment for unlimited access for as long as DrawLab is offered. It has no renewals.
- Prices are shown before you pay and may change for new purchases. A price change never applies to a period you've already paid for; for renewing plans we'll tell you before a new price takes effect.
- Payments on the web are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: purchases aren't refundable by default, but email us if something's wrong and we'll make it right. EU and UK customers can withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Your drawings
You own everything you draw in the App. We claim no rights to it. Drawings stay on your device unless you choose to share or back them up; when you share a study, you give us permission to store and display it to other users until you delete it.
References and other artists' work
References you load (from your files, Pinterest, Sketchfab, or other sources) belong to their creators. The App helps you practise from them; it does not give you any right to republish them. Credit artists when you post studies of their work. If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, contact drawlabapp@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
Acceptable use
- Don't share content that is illegal, harassing, or sexual content involving minors.
- Don't try to break, overload, or get around the App's limits or payments.
- Don't resell access to the App.
We may remove shared content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Changes and availability
The App is built and run by one person and is improved continuously; features may change. We aim to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If DrawLab ever shuts down, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your drawings.
Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top and, for paying users, tell you in the App before the change takes effect.
